Step 4. After making the riffle bar to the drawing specs, install it to the front of the rocker box. You may add handles to make it a wheel barrow carrier.

Step 5. Place and secure the 1" x 1" x 10" pine baffle board holders into position.

Step 6. Use wood clamps to hold the sifter header box screen into position and nail where required.

Step 7. Install the handles onto the sides of the sifter header box screen (90° positioned to the rocker box). Staple the 1/4" mesh screen to the protruding side of the box, (the bottom end)

Step 8. Starting out at the front of the riffle seater 3" from the end, then space 1" x 1" x 16 1/4" riffle strips 1 3/4" apart for at least four strips. The remaining 1" x 1" x 16 1/4" strips are to be spaced 2 1/2" apart for the remaining length of the riffle seater onto 2 pieces of 1" x 2" x 44".
